Can I use my own freight forwarder?
No. All shipments are dispatched using the manufacturers approved freight forwarders only. These are the only freight forwarders permitted on the manufacturers premises.
Who provides customs clearance?
Each member is required to provide details of their clearing agent/house on each individual purchase order. A purchase order is required to be submitted, directly to WCTBID.com, prior to the dispatch of the inventory.
Does the manufacturer cover all door-to-door expenses?
No. The manufacturer will charge for all freight expenses excluding import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees.
These excluded fees are the sole responsibility of the member.
Is there a warranty with this product?
No. The entire product is sold without warranty, hence reflection in the price that this inventory is being sold out at.
Is there a fee for site membership?
No. Site membership fees are not charged. Access to site is free, once the applicant is approved by the respective manufacturer?
Who accepts the bids on WCTBID.com?
The manufacturer and the manufacturer solely, has the responsibility to review and respond to all bids on WCTBID.com.
What currency does WCTBID.com accept?
US Dollar only.
What happens if there is a problem with the product when it is received by the member?
Each member is required to notify WCTBID.com within 24 hrs of receipt of ithe nventory, if there is with the shipment, It will be investigated and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
