To search for available product, click on the ‘Search Product’ tab on the homepage. You will then be asked to
enter your search criteria. It is compulsory to click on at least one tab to bring up a result. It is best however,
to enter the manufacturer and the description or the Part ID. The description tabs will only return results if the
name you enter is part of the product name.
The packaging tab has 2 separate types:
Generic Boxed
Generic Boxed is classified as refurbished material; product that has been returned but legally cannot be sold again as new.
Retail Boxed
Retail Boxed is new and factory sealed product.
